Delivery

We know that some websites offer free delivery on all items, but there really is no such thing… the cost of delivery has to be covered by someone, and usually this is reflected in the price, or by cutting corners in other areas. We charge £3.95 for delivery on all orders under £100, and free delivery on all orders £100 or above.

We aim to deliver within 5 business days. If any item is out of stock we will let you know, and offer an alternative, or we can send it to you as soon as new stock arrives (this doesn’t happen that often but it’s worth mentioning!). We can give you an estimate of when the new stock is due in, but please understand this is some times difficult as goods come from all over Europe.

All deliveries will need to be signed for, so if it makes it easier we can deliver to a work address or a neighbour.

If you need something urgently, or only want to order something if it can definitely be delivered before a certain date e.g. a birthday that’s a few days away – drop us an email. During trading hours (10 – 5 Tues to Sat, 11 – 4 Sun) the chances are we’ll be able to get back to you really quickly and let you know whether we can help.

We want you to be happy with what you’ve bought from us. If for some reason you’re not, you have the right to cancel your order with us within seven days of receipt of the goods, under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We cannot however accept returns if the products have been personalised or customised in any way, or if the packaging has been unsealed or damaged.
